By using the CATT website at ca-tt.com or the CATT Bid Alerts program, you agree to the following
terms.

About CATT

Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe (“CATT”) is a member-based trade association serving
contractors in the Truckee and Tahoe region. CATT operates the CATT Bid Alerts program, a service that
lets homeowners submit a bid request by text message and routes approved requests to opted-in CATT
member contractors in the relevant trade(s).

The CATT Bid Alerts Program

The CATT Bid Alerts program lets homeowners or property owners submit a bid request by text. CATT
staff review each submitted request before any alert is sent. Once approved, CATT routes the request
only to CATT member contractors who are in good standing and who have opted in to receive bid alerts
for the trade(s) the project requires. The program is operated by CATT with technology provided by
Bedrok Systems (Bedrok Labs LLC).

Eligibility

To submit a bid request as a homeowner or property owner, you must be at least 18 years old and the
owner of the property or otherwise authorized to solicit bids on its behalf. To opt in to receive bid alerts
as a contractor, you must be a CATT member in good standing.

Homeowner Use

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a bid request.
• You acknowledge that CATT staff review each bid request before any alert is sent, and CATT may
decline, edit, or request additional information about any submission.
• You acknowledge that, once your bid request is approved, your project details and contact
information will be shared with opted-in CATT member contractors in the relevant trade(s) so
they can contact you about the project.
• You acknowledge that CATT is not a party to and is not responsible for any contract, agreement,
work performed, or dispute between you and a contractor.

Member Contractor Use

• You agree to keep your contact information, trade selections, and opt-in status current.
• You agree to treat homeowner contact information and project details shared through the CATT
Bid Alerts program as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of bidding the project.
• You acknowledge that CATT does not guarantee any specific volume, frequency, or quality of bid alerts.
• You may opt out of bid alerts at any time by replying STOP to a CATT Bid Alerts SMS, or by contacting CATT.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

CATT does not guarantee that any homeowner will receive a specific number of bids, that any contractor
will be awarded any specific project, or that any particular outcome will result from participation in the
CATT Bid Alerts program.

SMS Terms of Service

Homeowner Bid Request Messaging

By submitting your phone number through our website or by texting our designated CATT Bid Alerts
number, you agree to receive text messages from CATT related to your bid request, including a guided
intake conversation and confirmations. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may
apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive text
messages is not a condition of submitting a bid request, but is required to complete the text-based intake.

Member Contractor Bid Alerts

If you are a CATT member contractor and you opt in to receive bid alerts by selecting one or more
trades, you agree to receive text messages from CATT each time a homeowner bid request matching
your selected trade(s) is approved. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive bid alerts is
not a condition of CATT membership.

Limitation of Liability

CATT is not liable for:
• Disputes, work quality, or any other matter arising between a homeowner and a contractor in
connection with a bid request routed through the program
• Inaccurate information submitted by any user
• SMS delivery delays or failures caused by third-party telecom carriers or other service providers
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Cancellations and Opt-Outs

Homeowners may withdraw a bid request at any time by contacting CATT. Contractors may opt out of
bid alerts at any time by replying STOP. Cancellations may not always prevent already-routed alerts from
reaching opted-in members.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or the CATT Bid
Alerts program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
