• Text BID (or another keyword we publish) to our designated CATT Bid Alerts number

• Opt in as a CATT member to receive bid alerts in one or more trades

requests

SMS Communication & Consent
Homeowner Bid Request Messaging
By providing your phone number through our website or by texting BID (or any other keyword we
publish) to our designated CATT Bid Alerts number, you consent to receive SMS messages from CATT
related to your bid request, including a guided intake conversation to collect your project details, follow-
up questions, and confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can
reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messaging. Reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile
information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
CATT will share the information you submit only with CATT staff (for review and approval) and, after
CATT approval, with opted-in CATT member contractors in the trade(s) relevant to your project, solely to
support the bidding of your project.
Member Contractor Bid Alerts
If you are a CATT member contractor and you opt in to the CATT Bid Alerts program by selecting the
trade(s) you want to receive alerts for, you consent to receive SMS bid alerts from CATT each time a
homeowner bid request matching your selected trade(s) is approved by CATT. Each alert contains a brief
description of the project and a link to a bid detail page accessible to opted-in members. Message
frequency varies and depends on the volume of homeowner bid requests received and approved by
CATT. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further alerts.
Reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties
for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information Sharing
We may share your information only when necessary to:
• Operate the CATT Bid Alerts program, including (after CATT staff approval) sharing homeowner
bid request details with opted-in CATT member contractors in the relevant trade(s)
• Comply with legal obligations
• Operate the technology infrastructure that supports CATT Bid Alerts, including our service
provider Bedrok Systems (Bedrok Labs LLC), our SMS messaging carriers, and other service
providers acting on our behalf and bound to maintain the confidentiality of your information
We do not share your information for marketing purposes. Full homeowner contact information on the
bid detail page is gated by member-approved phone numbers; non-members cannot access homeowner
contact details and are routed to the CATT membership application.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may:
